Maine School Administrative District #4 -

A Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten information and registration meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 11th, 2022 at 6:00 PM at PCES in Guilford. This is for incoming children who are not yet in our school district. Pre-Kindergarten students need to be  4 years old by October 15, 2022 and Kindergarten students need to be 5 years old by October 15,2022. Bus transportation to and from school is provided for your child. If you haven’t already registered your child, please visit sad4.org or call for the office for a registration form. Please bring your child’s state birth certificate, custody papers, proof of residence and immunization record with you. Please call 876-4301 if you have any questions.
