Congratulations to Ariana Fanjoy, Kendall Kimball, Samantha Goodwin and Molly Sipple for a good showing at the Class C Track and Field State meet today. I am extremely proud of all these girls accomplished this season, and making it to the state meet with all the challenges this season was no small feat. Today was the first state meet for all of us, and even though we didn't get the results overall that we wanted today, it was a great experience to build on for next year. We will be back! Congrats to Molly Sipple for having her best time in the 200m with 29.05 and for taking 5th in discus with her best throw this year, 86-07. I want to say a big thank you to all of my athletes this year. For a small team, you accomplished so much. You fought through injuries, the crazy weather, and of course all the added stress and obstacles of everything covid related. Thank you for the fun and all the memories. Go get some much needed rest. You all have earned it! Coach P.

Despite Warsaw being undefeated this season, our PCMS girls gave them a run for their money in the semi-finals playoff game this afternoon. Not only did we score in the first inning, but we held them scoreless for the first three innings, before coming up with a loss against them. The girls played extremely well this season and some even surprised themselves with their accomplishments on the field today compared to early April. It has been an honor to watch them grow in skill and confidence and develop/enhance their character this season. Great job, girls! And thank you to the parents for all your support this season!

Congratulations to the PCMS girls on their 11-2 quarter-final win against Penquis this morning. We are so proud of them. They’ve been playing well all year and today was no exception. They came ready to play, worked together as a team, and beat the team that beat them twice this season. We will play in the semi-finals at Warsaw on Tuesday afternoon, 4:00! Congratulations, also to the PCMS boys on their 7-5 win against Penquis this morning as well!
